Mentoring and Enrichment Program
The Rundown
Our Mentoring and Enrichment Program targets at-risk or underserved youth from ages 9 to 14, but we will accommodate other ages as well. They do not have to be baseball/softball players, but some of the enrichment activities and events will be baseball/softball-related.

Touch Em All's Mentoring Program is directed by Captain Kelly Giles (Greensboro Fire Department) and will revolve around these key components:

-
Academic Achievement
-
Life Skills
-
Career Prep
-
Morals & Decision-Making
The program will include:
-
regular interaction with a mentor either in person, by phone or by email.
-
academic progress monitoring through means of contacting teachers and required progress reports from student to mentor.
-
frequent guest speakers and enrichment events/trips locally, all with the goal of exposing youth to positive and diverse opportunities to learn about themselves and about others.
-
community service opportunities geared to help others who are less fortunate and help youth learn through service.
-
rewards and incentives for youth who meet certain checkpoints and criteria.
